Phoebe Quinn’s first book began when she was six years old. The entire manuscript consisted of “Once a pon a time” and not much else. Her spelling, ideas, and persistence have improved since then. She grew up in Lancashire, north-west England, and moved back to her hometown in 2016 to be closer to her family and focus on writing.
Phoebe has written on and off throughout her life, taking breaks while studying Psychology at the University of Glasgow and Addiction Studies at King’s College London. Her career has revolved around supporting vulnerable adults, and she currently works as a recovery coordinator in a men’s prison. She has been described as both ‘surprisingly cheery’ and ‘horribly dark’.
‘The Full Spectrum’ is her debut novel. You can find her on Twitter and Instagram under the handle @_phoebe_quinn, where she spouts nonsense in her spare time.
